We are requesting a quote for the plumbing contract for the new building of Oulu Normal School in accordance with the tender documents. The project is implemented as a shared contract, where the construction contractor acts as the main contractor of the project and other contractors are subordinated to the construction contractor. The scope of the project is approx. 9600 brm2. According to the target schedule, the construction technical works can be started at the beginning of August 2026, and the contract must be ready and handed over to the customer in May 2028. A more detailed contract schedule has been presented in the contract program. The project is described in more detail in the tender documents, which can be downloaded from the BEM link.
