Description : 1) The San Marcelino Water District, through the Corporate Operating Budget intends to
apply the sum of P2, 315, 258.18 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Pipeline Extension at Brgy. Consuelo Sur. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The San Marcelino Water District now invites bids for Installation, Supply and delivery of
materials for the pipe extension, demolition/restoration of concrete pavement
excavation, pipe laying and jointing, backfill and compaction, fabrication of welding works
and disinfection3. Completion of the Works is required in sixty calendar days (60 CD).
Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders
(ITB).
