The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the Pine Street and Pine crossover road Asphalt Overlay w/options and all exhibits. All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work and all exhibits.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 09:30 AM, Central Daylight Time, April 15, 2026. Participants should meet (email [email protected] to receive Procurement Point of Contact) at the entrance to the Fermilab Welcome and Access Center (FWAC) before being escorted to Pine Street Asphalt Overlay project site. For Access to the National Lab, all subcontractors are required to submit their information at least 5 days prior to the date of the site visit for approval. See RFP for detailed information.
