1) The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS), through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million Eight Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Three Pesos and Eighty Eight Centavos Only (Php 25, 895, 273.88). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Medical Oxygen. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days / Delivery Schedule (please be guided by Hospital Order No. 2023-06 “Policy on Delivery Period--). Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
