This solicitation is for the Piloting on DNS-based content filtering for childrenThis solicitation consists of the RFPS document and the following documents: The RFP document The UNICEF General Terms and Conditions of Contract (Services) attached as Annex A; The Terms of Reference attached as Annex B, including all appendices B1 to B8; The Financial Proposal Template attached as Annex C.For ease of response, some documents are also available in editable format (Word document) and respondents are encouraged to insert their answers directly into the Word document. However, it is noted that the requirements specified in the PDF version are binding, and any alterations or modifications to these stated requirements will lead to disqualification of the proposal.
