Provision of theoretical and practical training services in the framework of the "Aircraft piloting higher education vocational training (helicopter piloting with specialization)" (OH registration code: SFOKLEE) to be launched by the Tenderer. As a result of the procedure for concluding this framework agreement, the tenderer is a Kbt. wishes to enter into a framework agreement with the tenderer.
