The goal of the Geological Research Center, GTK Mintec, mineral circular economy and mineral processing pilot plant is to update the pilot plant's current automation process management system to meet the demands of the customer base more comprehensively and to add added value to research operations. GTK Mintec, the unit for the circular economy of minerals and mineral processing, annually conducts about five to ten pilot-scale studies for customers operating in the areas of the mining industry, metal production and the circular economy. We are asking for the configuration of the automation process control system an offer that includes the following products and services: - Automation process management software and equipment Alternative implementation methods: - Implementation method A: Connection (OPC) / data transfer between the I/O of the old (Schneider) automation system and the new process control system - Implementation method B: Connect the old Schneider I/O directly to the new system using a data transfer converter (Remote I/O Adapter, Modbus). - Remote operation, control and monitoring - Online data processing software - Compatibility to connect to other systems via the OPC interface - Training - Support services according to agreement - Storage of measurement data, shelf life 1 year.
