The contract includes clearing the construction area, construction of a storm water basin, earth excavation and mass exchange works and the construction of related off-site works in accordance with the planning and tender documents. The project is implemented according to the plans commissioned by the customer as a total contract, where the contractor is in a direct contractual relationship to the subscriber. The pre-construction civil engineering contractor is the main contractor who is responsible for site management duties and coordinates the construction.
