The project will be carried out as a general contract with a quantity contract for the construction part and is based on AB04. Among other things, the following parts are included in the contract: Existing technical supply is demolished and replaced with new. The hydrant system (jet fuel) is being replaced. Technical supply of electricity is expanded tocope with future power needs. Concrete, cement-stabilized asphalt and asphalt (total approx. 100, 000 m2) are demolished and replaced. Brewery is demolished and replaced with 11 new ones. Side contracts and interspersed turnkey contracts will occur.
For those cases where companies applying for tenders want to use the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), Swedavia will make this possible by sending out the document to the tendering company on request. The document can then be filled in and attached to the tender application. The use of ESPD is voluntary.
