1. The Municipality of Piddig through the 20% MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand & 00/100 Pesos (Php5, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PIDDIG-CIN-2026-07-045 Improvement of Municipal Cemetery. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Piddig now invites bids PIDDIG-CIN-2026-07-045 Improvement of Municipal Cemetery. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty-One (151) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
