INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PICK UP AND HAULING OF RESIDUAL WASTE FROM MUNICIPAL RCA & MRF TO PRIVATE SANITARY LANDFILL (OMAG-MENRO)
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 2, 500, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for PICK UP AND HAULING OF RESIDUAL WASTE FROM MUNICIPAL RCA & MRF TO PRIVATE SANITARY LANDFILL (OMAG-MENRO), 2025-006-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required upon the request of the End-User/s. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
