Section (vi) - An additional section, ‘13. A pricing list as follows:- has been added.
Section (vii) - The sentence, ‘The Government will award a delivery order resulting from the RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote is responsive to the RFQ and considered to be the Best Value based on LTPA.- has been changed to, ‘The Government anticipates awarding a single BPA resulting from the RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote is responsive to the RFQ and considered to be the Best Value. This is a competitive solicitation using Best Value in which competing offerors technical performance and price will be evaluated to determine the award. Technical areas are more important than Price.'
