The Medical Council of Canada ("MCC") is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents for modern, cloud-based digital solution(s) to support MCC's digital transformation. The successful Proponent(s) will provide the software, implementation services, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support required to deliver a secure, scalable, and user-centric platform. The central objective of this initiative is to replace MCC's existing PhysiciansApply.ca (PA) platform. The new solution or solutions will modernize the end-to-end physician application lifecycle: candidate registration, credential and document management, application processing, workflow and case management, payments, communications, reporting, and self-service for candidates / physicians, partner organizations and MCC staff. MCC expects the solution(s) to combine configurable business processes, contemporary user experience design, robust security controls, and open integration capabilities that can accommodate future business and technology needs.
