1. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Three Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos and Seventy-Five Centavos (₱8, 378, 753.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for the Physical Health Examination (PHEx) in the Head Office (for Regular, Coterminous and Casual Employees for CY 2025) under Invitation to Bid No. PHEx 2025-02-GSA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Bids.
