TARGET OF THE DYNAMIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM The dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DPS) is aimed at various physical and technical studies and related services. The whole of physical-technical research is very broad. The objects to be investigated can be, for example, materials, pieces or equipment, whose contribution or significance to the case under official investigation is sought to be ascertained. The research questions can be related, for example, to identifying the material and finding out qualitative issues, or to finding out the operating principle of the equipment and possible installation errors or damage. The studies can also be theoretical, related to, for example, the strength calculation of structures or the assessment of the damage mechanism. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for participation and its appendices, especially in Appendix 2 "Object of the dynamic procurement system". During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates can submit an application for participation. The DPS is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice, unless it is interrupted or changed during the validity of the DPS.
