Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (the "Health Authority"), through it's agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide fire alarm and panels replacement for Surrey Memorial Hospital at an estimated value of $1, 411, 904.20 plus applicable taxes. Tyco Integrated Fire & Security 1485 Lindsey Place. Delta BC V3M 6V1 In accordance with applicable trade agreements PHSA, as agent for the Fraser Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason: •the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason: (a) to ensure compatibility with existing products/systems This purchase needs to be compatible and integrated with the rest of Buildings at SMH. Tyco Integrated Fire & Security is the sole provider of their own system. The entire Fire Alarm System in all the SMH buildings are represented by Tyco Integrated Fire & Security. Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Manish Chauhan, by email to Manish Chauhan before 12:00pm Pacific Time, December 18, 2025.
