Description of the contract: The purpose of this contract is to launch a public works contract awarded by direct negotiated procedure with prior publication relating to the photovoltaic installation for the police zones in Ath and Silly, in order to obtain "turnkey" installationsphotovoltaic installations will include all supplies and work necessary to obtain clean, finished, functional installations that comply with current legislation, including roof stability studies. Execution deadlines: The contracting authority has set deadlinesmaximum deadlines: Stability study and panel supply phase: 40 calendar days Panel installation phase: 30 calendar days Commissioning phase: 30 calendar days Estimated period of provisional acceptance: February 2025. The bidder will include in his offer, a calculation note . VSthis will establish the annual energy produced according to the type of panels offered, the type of installation, the inverter(s), other equipment and technical details. The bidder will commit to the planned annual production.
