D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General Administration Bureau, National University Corporation Gunma University.

E prove to have obtained license for leasing a medical instrument in accordance with the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
