Description of the procurement The municipality of Posio implements the Excelling North - Vetovoimaa all year round (EiNo) project during 6/2026-6/2028. The project is financed by the Union of North Ostrobothnia from the European Union's Regional Development Fund. The total budget of the project is €212, 993, which I support the share is €170, 394 (80%). The goal of the project is to increase year-round international tourism in a responsible manner, strengthen the region's awareness and improve accessibility and cooperation in the field of tour operators. This purchase concerns photos and videos, which will be used e.g. in the marketing materials implemented in the project, such as the travel brochure and product manual and on the posiolapland.com website. In addition, pictures and videos can be used by Posio municipality and Posio tourism association and it in the marketing and communication of member companies, on the koillismaa.com website, and in the channels and materials of third parties that market the municipality of Posio and tourism in Posio (e.g. tour operators). The object of the acquisition is Posion planning, scripting, filming, editing and production of photo and video materials presenting tourist attractions and services. Filming will take place in the summer and autumn of 2026 and in the winter of 2026-2027. At least 25 photos are needed from each season (summer, autumn, winter), i.e. at least 75 pieces in total.
