The Department of National Defense, through the General Appropriations Act and the AFP Modernization Act Trust Fund SARO Nr. BMB-D-18-0113736, intends to apply the sum of PhP317, 399, 280.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the remaining contract for Lot Item Nrs. 2, 4, 6, 7, 10-12, 14, 16-19, 21 and 27-32. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid opening.
