Notice is hereby given that Providence Health Care Society (“PHC”), having the address at 1081 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6Z 1Y6, intends to directly award a Contract to the supplier identified in the attached NOI to provide external pharmacy services, including medication dispensing, blister packaging, medication records and auditing, re-stocking of ward stock, development and updating of medication policy/procedure documents, provision of training and ongoing education, controlled substance support, on-call support for medication related questions, participating in medication safety meetings and related pharmacy services for the Road to Recovery (R2R) Program, for a term of up to two (2) years, at an estimated PHC contract value of not exceeding $3, 500 per year, noting that the supplier-s primary revenue is derived from BC Fair Pharmacare reimbursements rather than direct payments from PHC.
