Special Instructions to Bidders: 1. Substitutes are allowed, provided they meet the minimum required specifications and quality set forth in this RFQ. Clearly outline in your bid submission if you are bidding on the item listed or bidding on an equivalent substitute. 2. TV’s must be commercial grade and include, but not limited to, all standard features, all required accessories, controls, remotes, connectors, and any related software/hardware; and meet the specifications and requirements indicated within this RFQ. 3. Bidders must provide the specifications sheet of all items along with their bid submission. 4. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to the F.O.B point including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, tariffs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided. 5. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date. 6. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission. 7.
