Services are paid by fixed prices. The MC operation concerns the restructuring of the Medicine-Surgery department of the Cayenne Hospital Center. It is broken down into two phases : a Phase 1 currently in progress and a Phase 2, subject of this consultation. Phase 2 concerns the work to be carried out within buildings D, E and F, constituting the operational scope of this phase. The interventions aim to modernization of infrastructure, improvement of reception and hospitalization conditions for patients, as well as optimization of working conditions for medical teams. The operation will take place on an occupied site, involving the maintenance of hospital activity during the work. As such, companies will have to integrate into their methodology all the constraints linked to the continuity of care, the safety of users and staff, as well as the limitation of nuisances.
