Tender Details

The City of Naperville is soliciting responses from experienced and qualified vendors to perform engineering construction services for various Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). The variety of CIP projects will include improvements to intersections and roadways, sidewalk construction, traffic signals, stormwater, bridges, and multi-purpose paths. Some of the projects will require outside agency coordination and will include multiple types of improvements within one project. It is the City-s intent to select multiple firms to work with on an as-needed basis.As projects arise during the term of this contract, the shortlisted firms will be selected via a Request for Proposal with responses based upon qualifications and/or costs. The City also retains the right to use the services of a successful firm for future phases of a specific project. The City anticipates no more than five shortlisted firms as a result of this RFQ.
