Rita, through 2026 LGU funds intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php7, 500, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for PHASE III: CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION CENTER @ Brgy. Tulay, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
