Invitation to Bid for Phase I of the Construction of Public Comfort Rooms at Baluarte Watchtower in Luna, La Union
1) The Provincial Government of La Union, through the Development Fund intends to apply the sum of ₱4, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Phase I of the Construction of Public Comfort Rooms at Baluarte Watchtower in Luna, La Union / INFRA-25-18-DF-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 150 days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
