Sealed Bids For Construction Of The Phase 2-cornelia Amphitheater Will Be Received Until The Closing Time Of April 24, 2026, At 3:00 Pm Local Time. Bids Must Be Submitted By The Bidder Electronically Through Questcdn.com. No Paper Submissions Will Be Accepted. Any Bid Received After The Bid Closing Time And Date Will Not Be Considered By The Owner. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For The Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days Except As Specifically Provided In The Instructions To Bidders And/or By State Law. Base Cost Of All Bids Will Be Posted By The Owner/engineer To The Questcdn Website Within Approximately 30 Minutes After The Bid Closing Time.
