This requirement is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for contracted pharmacist services in support of the Pharmacy Program at the Yakama Service Unit (YSU), located in Toppenish, Washington. The purpose of this requirement is to provide supplemental professional pharmacy coverage to ensure continuity of pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, and patient care services. The contracted pharmacist shall support the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant pharmacy services while assisting with ongoing clinical and operational pharmacy functions.
The period of performance shall consist of one (1) base year and two (2) additional option years, exercisable at the Government-s discretion, to ensure continued pharmacy support services as needed.
