Pharmacy Services to Kerrobert and District Health Centre, 115 Manitoba Avenue Kerrobert, SK, S0L 1R0 including any services provided under the guidelines of the Long Term Care Home guidelines within Saskatchewan Health Authority. Equipment required: • 2 medication carts with narcotic lock box • 2 laptop if eMAR proposed - (1 for each cart) • 2 electronic pill crusher The preferred medication dispensing method for Kerrobert Health Centre is strip packaging for regularly scheduled medications. In addition, the packaging method needs to separate PRN and scheduled narcotics and benzodiazepine (controlled medications) from regularly scheduled medications, with a preference of Dispill packaging for the controlled medications Kerrobert is not currently using eMAR but will be required in the future. The following is the anticipated schedule of events related to this RFP. These dates are provided as target dates only and may be changed at any time by SHA in its sole discretion: RFP Released June 18, 2025 End of Inquiries respecting RFP June 30, 2025 Final Addendum July 4, 2025 RFP Closing July 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Sask. Time Evaluation/recommendation to Award Approval June 30, 2025 Start of Contract August, 2025 or as negotiated with the successful proponent
