The County is inviting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of pharmaceutical services and applicable supports for residents who reside at Fairmount. The Ministry of Long-Term Care (MLTC) require that Fairmount select and enter into a service contract with a pharmacy provider which is the holder of a certificate of accreditation under section 139 of the Drug and Pharmacies Regulation Act. The successful respondent must render a quality pharmacy service which meets the College of Pharmacists of Ontario requirements and applicable Ministry of Long-Term Care legislation including regulations and all related acts.
Fairmount currently utilize PointClickCare, an electronic clinical and administrative software program for resident documentation and medication administration.
Pharmaceutical Services will be at no cost to Fairmount.
