Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking sources that can deliver software and engineering support for the Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities. The contractor shall provide an approach to addressing the agency's ICAM needs via personnel, equipment, software licenses, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services as defined in the Statement of Work.

The detailed RFI and additional attachments are posted on the Intelligence Community (IC)-Acquisition Research Center (ARC) Classified website, https://acq-ui.ace.proj.nro.ic.gov under NGA Efforts, "Phantom Guard - Request for Information". Questions and responses may be submitted via the Classified ARC, or to Emily Barr at emily.e.barr@coe.ic.gov and Jessica Isaak at jessica.l.isaak@coe.ic.gov.

Instructions to access the IC-ARC website are provided below:

1) For interested parties with TS//SCI clearances and access to a TS//SCI system:

For accessing the CLASSIFIED ARC, you must first create an account on the UNCLASSIFIED ARC at https://acq-ui.westfields.net/. Approximately two (2) working days after creating your UNCLASSIFIED ARC account, a CLASSIFIED ARC account will automatically be created for you. After waiting the two (2) days, on a TS//SCI system, go to https://acq.nro.ic.gov. Try to log onto the CLASSIFIED ARC using your use name and password that you created on the UNCLASSIFIED ARC. Note: This will not log you onto the CLASSIFED ARC, but it will generate an email that will be sent to your classified email (which you were required to enter when you created your unclassified account) that contain a time-sensitive token that will allow you to access the CLASSIFIED ARC. You will need to link your PKI certifications.

2) For interested parties with TS//SCI clearances and no access to a TS//SCI system:
