1. The Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) had requested for the Repair and Maintenance of Infra Assets intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighteen Pesos (₱509, 918.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for charge to 5-02-13-030 to cover eligible payments for which this Request of Quotation is issued.
