Pgo Northeast Neighborhood Improvement
The purpose of this contract is to provide specialized technical support and advice during the execution period of the project "PGO Nororiente Neighborhood Improvement, within the framework of the Neighborhood Recovery Program "I Want My Neighborhood, with the purpose of to strengthen the monitoring, inspection, supervision and technical control of the works contemplated in the project, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with the technical background, specifications, conditions and obligations that regulate their execution. The service considers participation of a professional advisor who technically supports the Inspection of the works during their physical execution, carrying out permanent monitoring of the works, verifying in the field compliance with the projected technical solutions, reviewing the correct execution of the different items and specialties involved and collaborating in the timely identification of possible observations, deficiencies or situations that may affect the proper development of the project. Likewise, the purpose of contracting is to strengthen the bond and communication between the beneficiary community, the executing company, the Municipality and the SERVIU, with the professional advisor becoming technical support to channel and guide the queries, concerns and requirements that may arise from the neighbors during the development of the works. The service must contemplate, among others activities, carrying out periodic visits and technical inspections on site, monitoring the physical progress of the works, coordination with the Technical Inspection and other professionals linked to the project, reviewing technical background and documentation associated with the execution, the identification and monitoring of observations and the delivery of technical information that allows timely support for decision-making during the development of the works.
