Solicitation Description : This solicitation-s purpose is for a statewide contract ensuring the continuity of services of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's (TCEQ) Petroleum Storage Tank Emergency Response and Supplemental Site Activities program. The TCEQ Remediation Division will order emergency response services to rapid identify, assess, control, and abate hazards resulting from petroleum substances at confirmed or suspected Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank sites.
