Notice of Intent
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source award to PETNET Solutions INC. DBA Siemens Healthineers for FDA approved Radiopharmaceuticals, FDG and NaF, Amyvid, and Posluma. The period of performance includes a base and one option period from 1 Oct 26 - 30 Sep 27 and 1 Oct 27 - 30 Sep 28. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is authority FAR 12.102(a).
