The United Nations Procurement Division (UNPD) is seeking a suitable, qualified company to provide pest control services at UN Headquarters in New York City and in nearby leased properties . The contract appointment will be for an initial term of three (3) years extending to a maximum of five (5) years. Services will encompass both indoor and outdoor area pest control. The appointed Contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, pesticides, traps, compounds, consumables and transport in order to: 1. Implement and maintain an effective and comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) service. IPM will include, at minimum, the following tasks: a. Identification of all concerned pests/recommendations for suppression level/highlighting specific areas of concern b. Inspection and written assesment of indoor and outdoor property. c. Tracking & monitoring; including description, time stamping of traps and Rodent Bait Stations (RBS). d. Analysis & data management; including risk assessment and potential recommendations/MSDS sheets and EPA registration/tracking of pest population/trends/staff complaints/data mangement. e.
