Senaatti kinteistöt acquires pest control services as a framework arrangement for the whole of Finland. The Senaatti Group's business unit Polustuskinteistöt and Senaatin Asema-aluete Oy are also participating in the acquisition. The object of the acquisition is Senaatti Group's sites implemented pest control services. The object of the procurement and the related requirements are described in more detail in the appendices of this call for tenders. The services include mapping visits, necessary pest control measures (including preventive pest control measures) as well as inspection visits to indoor and outdoor spaces managed by the customer. Targets of control may include, among others: • Insects such as ants, bedbugs, paperworms, fileworms, wasps, wasps and others in buildings harmful and random insects occur • Rodents such as mice and rats • Small mammals and marten animals • Protected animal species such as birds and bats The goal of the service is to secure state offices, work environments and other properties healthy and controlled conditions by preventing and controlling the presence of pests. Pest control is a professional, planned and responsible activity, where the control methods are always chosen according to the pest species, the extent of occurrence and the target based on the circumstances, primarily by non-toxic and environmentally friendly means.
