I. Qualifications of the Service Provider:
The Service Provider must meet the following minimum qualifications:
1. Licensing & Accreditation: Competent, licensed contractor for General Comprehensive Pest Control Services, with specially trained technicians, certified by the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) and/or the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA)
2. Track Record: At least three (3) former or current private or government clients with Very Satisfactory performance certifications.
3. Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years in the pest control industry
4. Quality Management: Must be ISO 9001:2015 Certified
II. Scope of Services:
A. General Requirements
1. The Service Provider shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform pest control services and supply requirements for IPOPHL premises.
