Pest control AB Väsbyhem intends to procure a contractor for pest control within AB Väsbyhem's rental apartments and in AB Väsbyhem's premises. In the document, the tenant is referred to as resident and the premises owner as operator. The goal of the procurement: Is to ensure a pest-free property stock as possible. AB Väsbyhem therefore has a zero vision, in terms of the number of reported cases, the number of clean-ups and the total cost of clean-ups. The total cost means the cost of remediation, cost of administration in case handling and other damage costs that pests can cause. Calls from the framework agreement will take place continuously during the framework agreement period, if necessary.
