The welfare area of Vantaa and Kerava requests your offer for an electronic payment instrument service as a complete solution, including e.g. payment solution, system and its management service, maintenance and software updates. The electronic payment instrument service includes employee data that is covered by the benefit administration, reporting and use of the benefit as well as monitoring the extent of use by electronic methods. The electronic payment instrument for personnel benefits to be purchased must be a mobile solution and must have integration with the HR system of the welfare area. One (1) will be selected as a service provider service provider. The service must be available no later than April 1, 2026. In this request for tenders, the procurement unit has indicated the features, functionality and contractual conditions that the employee benefits system solution offered must absolutely fulfill, and the quality will be ensured when the tender meets all the requirements set for it. Therefore, the procurement entity has chosen the lowest price as the sole comparison basis for this request for tenders.
