The subject of the order is a service consisting in the creation and delivery of an IT system in the form of an Analytical Platform (including concept development, creation, implementation, launch) along with granting an indefinite license to use platforms. The platform is a functional element of the Virtualized IT environment for visualization and imaging analysis of biological and biomedical processes in translational research and is intended for accelerated, easier and more effective analysis of bioimaging data, hereinafter referred to as the Platform or System. All infrastructure elements, including access to GPU, HPC or quantum computer computing resources, constitute only the technical environment necessary to functioning of the system and do not constitute a separate subject of the order. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The description of the order execution method is included in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - Draft Agreement.
