Personalization of services of the city of Trenčin and support of the omnichannel communication model Description: The subject of the order is implemented within the framework of the project Personalization of services and support of the omnichannel communication model of the city of Trenčín, submitted as part of the call for Personalization of public administration services and support of the omnichannel model of communication, challenge code PSK-MIRRI-620-2024-DVI-EFRR. By implementing this order, the public contractor wants to comprehensively solve the communication of the citizen/entrepreneur with the city, to ensure that the principle of 1x is enough, to connect registers and available databases and thereby reduce the input of citizens/entrepreneurs, to optimize the number of electronic forms, to approach proactively, which means offering our clients the services and at that time that are relevant. The whole process will supported by understandable and updated instructions and modern means of communication.
