The subject of procurement is PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT.
The client is bound by the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Official Gazette 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18 and 96/18) provide workers with appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure that workers use it in the prescribed manner when performing their duties. Namely, on occasion performing various jobs, it is necessary to use personal protective equipment due to the threatened safety and health of workers. In accordance with the needs, the Client procures the necessary personal protective equipment that is used when performing tasks where there are risks for the worker.
