Tender Details

The acquisition targets personal hygiene products, such as skin care products, hand washes, shampoos and dispensers. The acquisition does not include hand sanitizers. The quantities presented in the requirements are estimates of the annual need, and are not binding on the order or limiting the order quantities. Acquisition is divided into nine (9) sub-areas. A maximum of three (3) service providers will be selected for sub-areas 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in order of priority. The basis of comparison is overall economic affordability. The tenderer may submit partial tenders within the sub-area in sub-areas 2, 4 and 9. The tenderer does not have to offer all items in the sub-offer area in order to participate in the tender. The bidder can only offer one single item if he wishes. The comparison of offers is carried out within these sub-areas on a site-by-site basis. A maximum of three (3) service providers will be selected for each site in order of priority. The basis of comparison is overall economic affordability. If no offers are received for an object, the object is left out of the comparison. A framework arrangement of four (4) years will be established as joint procurement.
