Tender Details

The city of Oulainen issues a personal driver's license (B) for the students of Oulainen high school. The procurement is carried out as a three (3) year fixed-term contract. Free driver's license training for students includes mandatory driving lessons and learning materials. The following expenses are left to be paid by the student himself:- driver's license fee- theory test- driving test- slippery track usage fee- office expenses- voluntary additional driving lessons- voluntary additional theory lessons. We ask for an offer that includes:- The B driver's license includes mandatory driving lessons - risk recognition training - traffic basics - study material and - vehicle rental for the driving test. to be away from lessons for driving school as little as possible. Therefore, we require the following quality criteria for the offer:1. Most of the driving lessons are driven in a real car and a maximum of two hours in a simulator. 2. Driving lessons start and end at high school to the lock, if the driving hours are scheduled during the day.3. Free transportation for the student to the driving test and theory test. The offer must state that these quality criteria are fulfilled. The age group of high school students is approximately 35 each year, of which the driver's license is taken during high school, approximately 90%. We are also asking for an offer for only risk identification training (RTK) - 4 hours of theory - 4 hours of practical training Approximately 0-5 students participate each year.
