Description : Invitation to Bid for Personal Accident Insurance for Public School Students
1)The Municipality of Manapla, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS ONLY (Php. 906, 880.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Personal Accident Insurance for Public School Students. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipality of Manapla now invites bids for Personal Accident Insurance for Public School Students. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
