The subject of this acquisition are the Legal Services ("Services") produced for Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Procurement Unit") and its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The procurement unit is looking for the following in this procurement professional service providers to provide legal services for its needs for the entities mentioned below: Permitting and land use / 2 suppliers. Including, among other things: - Support in EIA and permitting procedures (e.g. water permits, redemption permits, Natura assessments, research permits)- Review and drafting of land use agreements, e.g. deeds of sale and encumbrance agreements- Environmental legal expert opinions related to the interpretation and application of the laws, regulations and orders affecting the business of the Customer. The service provider must be able to provide services in Finnish and English. The agreement enters into force from the moment of its signing and is valid for 4+2+2 years. The services are supposed to start at the end of 2026 (estimated in October). the Procurement Act for Special Sectors, i.e. the Act on Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements for Units Operating in Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services (1398/2016). The services and their options are explained in more detail in Appendix 00 Request for participation_Framework arrangement of legal services_Permitting and land use with attachments and as the procurement procedure progresses.
