1. The subject of the order is the provision of permanent physical security services on the property under the permanent management of the Ministry of Development and Technology located at Pl. Trzech Krzyży 3/5 in Warsaw. 2. Detailed information regarding the description, scope and conditions of implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the "Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ)" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and "Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the concluded contract" (together with annexes) constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. Additional requirements of the Ordering Party related to the implementation of the subject of the order regarding the employment of persons referred to in Art. 95/art. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Act: 3.1.
