Perley Health (the “Owner”), with support from Kadus Group Inc. acting as Owner-s Representative, invites submissions from qualified Construction Management firms to provide Construction Management (“CM”) services for the Perley Health Long-Term Care Expansion Project (the “Project”). This RFQ is being issued as a public, competitive process intended to identify a shortlist of highly qualified proponents to proceed to a subsequent Request for Proposals (“RFP”) stage.Perley Health is one of the largest and most progressive long-term care providers in Ontario, supporting more than 600 Seniors and Veterans across long-term care and independent living.
