Periodic supplies of consumables for collection, processing and storage of blood and blood components for the needs of the CTH in the country for 2026. Deliveries are performed after the conclusion of a contract and based on allocation requests prepared by the Contracting Authority. On all allocation requests sent to the Contractor by 12/31/2026 are subject to implementation. The order is divided into separate items. Participants are free to submit an offer for one, more or all of the individual positions - of their choice. The attached files are an integral part of the documentation. 1. Separate item No. 1 "Vacuum tubes with a volume of 6-10 ml and a diameter of 10-15 mm". Estimated value of the position: EUR 25, 654.58 with VAT, respectively EUR 21, 378.82 without VAT. ​​​​​​​​​Position volume: the participant must bid 358, 400 pcs. vacuum tubes; 2.
